EST CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK

The new 5,500 sf corporate office for EST, Inc. is located on the top floor of a three-story warehouse in downtown Oklahoma City. The views overlook the Oklahoma City National Memorial and the new Oklahoma City Federal Building in the heart of downtown. Inspiration for the design concept was drawn from both the views and from EST’s business focus as a multi-disciplinary engineering firm.

The design concept of this new space is an interpretation of the “literal” bridge common to EST’s practice and the “figurative” bridge honoring Oklahoma City’s past while looking toward its future. Common materials such as wood, steel and glass frame the interior elements and define the spaces while sharing a dynamic view of the ever changing skyline. By using creative design techniques in very innovative ways, AIP was able to create an exciting new corporate environment for this successful company on a modest build-out construction budget of $55 per sf.
