NATIONAL GUARD ARMORY

Architects In Partnership designed the new Multi-Unit Armory Combined Command Facility for the Oklahoma National Guard. Based upon requirements established by Armory Design Guide DG 415-1, the building contains a Personnel Services Unit, Support Unit, Troop Command Unit, Selective Services Unit, Army Band Unit, and Health Services Unit. The diversity of these six units, each with their own specialized design program, required extensive planning and interaction with the end users to deliver a responsible solution. The result is an extremely efficient floor plan that meets each unit’s functional needs and military standards.
