Designed around the Toyota Image II program the 100,000 square foot dealership is the largest Toyota Dealership in Oklahoma. To maximize the site, the service department is located under the showroom floor, allowing an additional acre of parking for automobile sales. This also allows the service area to maintain a more comfortable work environment, in both the summer and winter months, by taking advantage of the constant temperatures located twenty feet below grade.
The showroom’s expansive ceiling is surrounded by curtain walls that overlook the exterior automobile display. Large, durable porcelain tile flooring was installed throughout the interior as well as the exterior to create balance between the outdoor and indoor spaces. Adjacent to the showroom, is a small CafeĢ for customers and employees to enjoy.
The upper level of the dealership contains administrative, accounting and training support areas. The second floor staff was provided with large windows and openings that overlook the showroom, giving the entire space a sense of openness and unification
