Clinton Public Schools

Architects In Partnership has been working with Clinton Public Schools on numerous upgrades and additions to their campus since 1998. The projects vary in size and scope and include major roof replacements, HVAC system replacements, a new high school band facility, High School Tornado Dome renovation, high school science lab addition, high school commons renovation, multiple classroom additions, middle school auditorium renovation, a new indoor baseball facility, and a facilities master plan.

More recently, AIP aided helping Clinton Public Schools successfully pass a bond issue consisting of ten construction projects, as well as several re-roof projects spread out over five campuses. These projects were developed in four packages and were scheduled for design and bidding so that each subsequent package could be adjusted to respect district driven priorities. AIP worked with the district and their construction manager to identify priority needs, desired alternates, and potential VE items in order to maximize the construction dollars of each project, while keeping the projects within budget.
